How to be a Great Cook

This is my first advice. I know most of you hates the word "advice", so I would better name it as my recommendations or suggestions for being a great cook.

  • Be Passionate
To be successful in any thing that you do it is the same mantra you should remember, " Be Passionate". Passion makes things perfect. If you enjoy the work you do, then it is your passion and make the calm simpler and more innovative.

  • Be Patient
Yeah, don't be in a hurry burry while you cook. Give it time. I don't mean that you need to be super slow while cooking. But do not expect for things to be done in a second. Let the things boil, get mixed well etc. But remember things, if you are super slow  your  food is going to be ruined. So nor too slow neither too fast wins the race of "cooking".

patience in cooking

  • Be Calm
You may be patient while cooking, but if your mind is not calm it will surely affects your cooking. Don't just think about tensions in your workplace and life while you cook. Trust me, whatever tasty ingredients you put, whatever great recipe you follow, your food doesn't tastes good if not cooked with a calm and good mind.

  • See Cooking as an Art
Cooking is an art that generates taste and aroma. For me art is something that soothes your mind when you see or feel it. Just like dance or music, good food soothes your mind. So be the artist behind the tasty, aromatic art called good food.

  • Mix your Love
Anything becomes beautiful when you mix your love in it. It is the best ingredient among any other. If you see food as a way to express love or share the love with your dear ones, no doubt you are going to be a great cook.

  • Don't give up
Nothing gets perfect in a day or two. Remember practise makes everything perfect. Follow the above recommendations and go on practising, you will be a great chef of your world one day.

win and never give up
